Athens Bin Enclosures installed for Ferncourt Public School.

Ferncourt Public School is located in South Marrickville in Sydney, alongside the Cooks River on the land of the Cadigal people of the Eora Nation.

With an enrolment of around 360 students, Ferncourt Public School offers a stimulating teaching and learning program for students. In addition to standard classes, they also offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities with an emphasis on the creative arts and physical fitness. Activities include choirs, training and performing bands, dance groups, recorder groups and PSSA sport.

To complement their award-winning grounds, Ferncourt Public School worked with Astra Street Furniture to customize the standard Athens Bin Enclosures to suit its waste stream needs, adding the school's logo to the front of the doors for extra personalisation. 

“Everyone at the school is pleased with these bin enclosures. We love how we were able to add our logo to the front of the bin doors for a special, personalised touch,” said the clients. 

Products used: 

  • 120L powdercoated Athens Bin Enclosure with red cube cover, slot and red door. 
  • 120L powdercoated Athens Bin Enclosure with yellow cube cover, recycling chute and yellow door.
