You only tend to notice door hardware such as handles, locks or knobs when they don’t work, or if they’re beautifully designed. Depending on the project style, you might specify a large sculptural brass door knob in the centre of a heritage entrance door, or perhaps a minimally designed black stainless-steel door pull recessed into a dark timber pivot door. It’s the kind of fine detail that makes a building feel special.
