About Morisset High School
Morisset High School is a large, comprehensive, co-educational high school located on the western shores of Lake Macquarie.
The requirement
To enhance the practicality and aesthetics of Morisset High School’s outdoor seating areas, creating a safe and inviting atmosphere where students can unwind and relish their leisure periods.
The challenges
- Space constraints: the task was to strategically arrange the seating and picnic settings to make the best use of the available outdoor space, without obstructing student movement or play areas.
- Safety priorities: the selection of new products had to meet all safety standards and regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of the students.
- Durability and maintenance: the challenge lay in identifying seating options that were not only sturdy and long-lasting, but also required low maintenance.
