On 13 January 2020, Landmark Products installed a modified K9500 (Caretaker Series) restroom with laser-cut panels and composite roof, making the product more appealing in an urban setting. This is the third restroom made with the same material specifications for the city of Bunbury in WA and is part of a network of more than 20 public toilets throughout the district.
The external cladding is Fibre Cement Board (FCB) with texture-paint finish, which has become popular over the standard orb Exterior Roofing and Walling (XRW) cladding, which suits metropolitan areas.
Located on a beach on Ocean Drive, the client requested that a rear shower and foot-wash be available to the users.
Features:
- All-steel structure (hot dipped galvanized frame) with aluminium wall frame
- Two-pack epoxy finish
- Standard model external cladding upgraded with Fibre Cement Board (FCB) cladding – texture-painted to specified colour
