GECA (Good Environmental Choice Australia) is a sustainability and environmental certification program.

GECA standards are rigorous, scientific and relevant to key Australian industries. They are designed to reward top performing products and services, and are internationally recognised through GECA’s membership of the Global Ecolabelling Network – GECA Certified Ecolabel; GECA Claim Authenticated; GECA Component Logo.

Under GECA certification, products and services are certified against minimum environmental performance criteria across the life cycle to ensure that certified products deliver better environmental outcomes. GECA’s ecolabel on products and services provides an independent tick to specifiers and purchasers that the products and services are better for the environment and reduce their impact on human health.
