Mirvac have teamed up with the The Salavation Army to create 'Transformation House', which will be auctioned during the charity's Red Shield Appeal.
All proceeds from the house will be donated to The Salvation Army, following the auction located at Mirvac's Smiths Lane community in Clyde North. The developer hopes to raise at least $500,000 for the Red Shield Appeal.
The design was unvelied last week, with the two-storey home featuring Biowood's Castalletated Cladding in Smoked Oak.
The dwelling has a seven-star NatHERS rating, incorporating sustainable design and innovative technologies to minimise energy consumption.
GRM Biowood, manufacturer of architectural and sustainable castellated cladding products, is proud to be a part of this community-minded project.
