Every material, component and finish in the Fremantle is chosen for its hard-wearing qualities, making it ideal to battle salt, corrosive environments, retaining structural and aesthetic integrity. The product was developed by Landmark’s design team in response to increased demand from councils in coastal areas, looking for an attractive restroom for demanding locations.

The features of the Fremantle series include aluminium wall frames, roof frame, posts and ventilation screens along with Ultraclad Weatherboard aluminium external wall cladding. It has aluminium composite panel internal wall cladding and pre-cut Colorbond custom orb roof sheeting – Ultra Grade. With an option of automatic doors, Fremantle also has powder-coating standard for roof frames, posts and ventilation screens.
Floorplans design come in one, two and three cubicle configurations, and include service ducts which ensures protection for toilet cisterns along with easy access and maintenance. Landmark’s proprietary anti-vandal stainless steel fixings are included. Colour choices of components are virtually unlimited, and modified or custom solutions are available.
Landmark offers a 20-year structural warranty on all their products if the structure is installed by Landmark Installations (10-year warranty for supply only).
As with all Landmark’s products, the Fremantle is delivered in kit-form, ready to be assembled on site with minimum site disruption, less noise and quicker competition. Landmark can also offer a building permit/approval service.
