Enboarder recently chose Bildspec to provide powdercoated, double-glazed glass office partitions to their meeting rooms as part of their new ultra-chic Sydney office fit-out (through builder InOne Projects).
Bildspec installed four-panel centre stacking movable acoustic wall panels, including full height pass doors. Each panel has sweep seals on the top and mechanical retracting seals on the bottom.
Bildspec operable walls are often utilized to allow clients greater flexibility in the creation of their meeting or board rooms. They are not only fit for purpose but also highly attractive and user friendly.
The operable walls offer acoustic properties, allowing a limited transfer of sound from external offices into the smaller individual space. The glass office partitions facilitate the visual connection of spaces and have acoustic reduction properties.
The Bildspec double-glazed movable acoustic wall panels are used for internal applications only, available in 100 mm (GlasWal100) panel thickness. They consist of top-supported, manually operated panels that can be linked together to form a sound attenuating barrier. Bildspec's glass walls have been tested for their acoustic performance at CSIRO’s acoustic testing facilities in Clayton, Victoria, and are rated up to 48Rw, in accordance to AS1191.
