DECO's ‘New York’ splashback from the Metro Collection of its DecoSplash Signature range was recently used in the redesign of an inner-city Melbourne apartment.

The splashback design – a stunning, panoramic shot of Manhattan Island – was not only a nostalgic connection to the homeowner’s hometown, but has proven to be an excellent conversation starter for guests. DecoSplash was chosen for this project for its superior design and high level of quality, and its ability to add a contemporary element to the kitchen.

The builder in charge of the project was Urban Sensations, a team that pride themselves on adding value to properties by creating innovative, aesthetically-pleasing living spaces in line with their clients’ wants and needs. DecoSplash’s ease of installation ensured the process was quick and efficient. After the benchtops were fitted in the kitchen, the splashback took just one day to adhere to the kitchen wall, saving on time and labour costs for the customer.
