DecoBatten featured in giveaway of $10 million house

15 March 2024
Zephyr Project, a $10 million house with a DecoBatten facade, is part of a Roxy Jacenko giveaway.

A signature architectural design from Sydney-based firm Dezcon is taking centre stage in Roxy Jacenko’s latest campaign to promote her brand’s bootcamp course.

This recently renovated $10 million Cronulla property showcases a Mediterranean-inspired facade featuring the contemporary lines of DecoBatten.

Sprawled across the home’s facade and surrounded by light render and large arched statement windows, the timber accents of DecoBatten – which has been finished in DecoWood – bring subtle warmth and depth to the facade design. The vertical DecoBatten application gives the two storey-home a sense of grandeur and luxury.

The choice of DecoBatten for this project is not arbitrary; it aligns with Dezcon’s signature aesthetic (as seen in its previous project, The Alice, which also has a distinctive facade). The firm’s commitment to unique design elements is evident, with DecoBatten serving as a hallmark of its architectural style.

Beyond aesthetic appeal, DecoBatten offers practical benefits for a waterfront property like this one. Being aluminium, DecoBatten is durable and versatile, and its Super Durable DecoWood powdercoat finish guarantees longevity with minimal maintenance. These features make DecoBatten an ideal choice for enhancing both the beauty and functionality of high-end residential properties.
