Allproof Industries' Perimeter Drain is a level threshold channel drain system that allows for fast, efficient and cost effective installation.
The Allproof Industries Perimeter Drain is an off the shelf level threshold product that removes the need for boxing out and measuring. By butting the L-shaped channel up against the exterior footing of a building it creates a surface to pour the concrete up against. This product utilises a 123 mm wide grate, which is standard for Allproof's existing polymer concrete range.
A two-sided channel allows for any drainage paths, under the sill in door and window joinery, to freely drain into the channel. A traditional three-sided channel would block these outlets. This system provides a true level threshold without the need for complicated stainless trays installed under door tracks or sills.
This system has been designed for pedestrian foot traffic with a load class rating of A. Grate options include heelproof 316 grade stainless steel wedge wire, pressed stainless, perforated stainless and glass filled nylon. Channels come in a standard length of one metre.
