Streetlife’s Solid edge system is a simple way to create ascending borders with Solid seats. The steel base structure is available in Corten, powdercoated or galvanized steel. The front wall steeply slopes back to create leg space. Side walls are placed at 70°, 90°, 110° or as extensions of optional seating edges.

Solid top seats are available with six slats (46 cm/18 in), eight slats (62 cm/24 in), 12 slats (93 cm/36 in) or 16 slats (124 cm/49 in). The sturdy hardwood slats are mounted from above using Streetlock comb fittings.

From a flat surface, one can easily create green sloping surfaces with Solid sitting edges at heights of 47 cm/19 in. The side panels are to be placed under multiple angles.

Possibilities and restraints

• Most efficient lengths are multiples of 300 cm
• Untreated weathering steel (standard) or double-layer powdercoat (at a premium)
