The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) installed its 200 mm slimline panel commercial folding doors at The Retail Apparel Group’s (RAG) latest store opening at Connor in Bundaberg, Queensland. Project managers on this job were LSC Shopfitting based in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.
The two openings secured on this project each spanned in excess of 8,500 mm wide which is well within the slimline folding doors capabilities. The maximum span for these doors is unlimited since ATDC uses an innovative system of intermediate up/down locking mechanisms along the entire width of the door for a seamless lock up effect. The maximum height is 4,500 mm. And no floor track is required to secure these apertures.
ATDC has been selected as one of just three national door closure suppliers for the RAG rollout. RAG is one of Australia’s most successful menswear retailers and specializes in smart casual menswear. Its successful brands include Tarocash, YD, Connor and Johnny Bigg. It has recently moved into the womens activewear market through its acquisition of Rockwear.
