The perforation patterns are entirely customizable. Pick the shape of the perforation and size, knowing the layered ply will shine through. ForestOne can offer a standard range of perforations (holes and slots) as well as customized options of your own design. The substrate and finish, including powder coated DESIGNER PLY, are entirely tailored to the project.
The Cone Calorimeter test AS/NZS 3837 can not predict full room fire testing when there are perforations or slots in timber panels. As such, it is necessary to obtain fire engineering assessments on specific projects. It should be noted that full sheets of DESIGNER PLY Hoop Pine Plywood require edge trimming prior to perforating. The finished panel size is 2390mm × 1190mm.
