Situated north of Azelia Road at Hamilton Hill, Manning Park is considered part of the larger Beeliar Regional Park that encompasses Manning Lake and the limestone ridge to the west of the wetland. Manning Lake Reserve boasts significant flora and fauna within the lake itself and in the surrounding wetland areas and open spaces and recreational areas perfect for picnics or walks around the lake.

Manning Park provides facilities to all members of the community and the public. These include beautiful shaded lawn areas, perfect for large family get-togethers, picnic shelters with table settings and Christie ICON Commercial barbecues, drink fountains, playgrounds, toilets and hiking trails.
