A former commercial hub for trading fruit and oil and now owned by Challenger Investment Management, the refurbishment raises the bar for the design and function of workplace common areas.
Industrial themes throughout include polished concrete, timber and brass facades, and black powdercoated finishes. On the fifth floor, a sunny north-facing deck features Christie's stainless steel, all-abilities communal barbecue. Nestled into expansive timber decking with integrated seating, it provides a modern, welcoming space where building workers can prepare healthy meals and enjoy al fresco dining with colleagues.
