Allproof's 200 mm clear opening commercial channel (CC200) is made from 100% recycled polypropylene using green renewable solar energy.
This commercial-grade plastic strip drain comes with three grate options: glass filled polypropylene (GFP), heelproof cast iron (HCI) and 316 stainless steel wedge wire (WW). Channels come in 1 m lengths, with 100 mm or 150 mm internal depths. Stainless steel edge rails connect the channels, providing a sleek and durable finish.
Grates are load-rated according to AS3996, from class A to D, and slip-resistance tested to AS4586. The in-line sump will meet requirements for sediment catchment, not interrupting the visible line of the installed channel and allowing for a stormwater connection to the mains system.
The lightweight plastic channel makes install easy; the channel gains its strength from the encompassing concrete once installed. The clip-together joints provide quick system assembly. Optional channel levelling clips with feet are available to further reduce install time and costs.
