The living area was extended to maximize space for courtyard entertaining, creating a seamless transition from the inside out, with full-height glazing and continuous walls. The master suite above is an intimate retreat, screened with Western red cedar for privacy and solar efficiency. Natural light streams through the custom Screenwood panels, creating a calm and relaxing sanctuary upstairs, while the external facade benefits from the warmth and texture of the linear timber slats.

Screenwood manufactures and supplies pre-finished timber modules for internal and external applications. In order to maximize efficiency on site, Screenwood is cut to specified lengths and ready for swift installation by any qualified tradesperson.
