Gaggenau’s combination steam and convection combine the advantage of a convection oven with non-pressurized steam in precisely calibrated proportions. The steam generator is connected directly to the water tank and can be set to produce four degrees of humidity in the oven of 30 percent, 60 percent, 80 percent, and 100 percent.
