ZEGO® ICF

ZEGO® Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are sacrificial permanent insulated forms that you pour concrete into (20mpa, 10mm, 120mm slump).

ZEGO® Pty Ltd is a fully Australian-owned and -operated building system company that manufactures the MAGU® Building System under licence agreement from MAGU® Germany.

MAGU® Germany has been operating in Germany for 40 years. MAGU® is the world leader in alternate wall and floor systems. In the past 40 years, 80 million cubic metres of Styropor© has been produced in Germany – a conservative estimate of between 2.5 and 3.0 billion square metres!

ZEGO® (ICFs) is manufactured to fully engineered and quality assured tolerances. Our team of qualified architects and engineers are available for consultation on a project by project basis.

ZEGO® (ICFs) is fully approved and exceeds all the required construction regulations necessary for full certification of your projects. ZEGO® (ICFs) comply with AS1366, AS3600, AS3610, AS3000 and many more Australian Standards.

ZEGO® Z-board EIFS

ZEGO® Z-Board – External Insulated Facade System (EIFS) is a versatile and economical wall cladding system designed for any new or old structural surfaces, including timber frame, steel frame and brickwork.

Lightweight and easy to handle, Z-Board is purpose designed to thermally insulate the building and acts as a reflective barrier to sound, limiting any sound absorption. Compared to other cladding systems, Z-Board is very strong, dense and flexible. This combined with the speed of erection makes it an extremely versatile alterative to conventional building methods.

Z-Board is available in various finishes including render, face brick, stone facing and weatherboard and designed to be used independently or in conjunction with the ZEGO® ICF system.

Each ZEGO® Z-Board EIFS panel is 1150 mm long × 300 mm high, ideally suited to Australian standard door heads of 2100 or 2400 and ceiling heights of 2400/2700/3000 mm etc. Or you can easily cut to suit your own construction.
