Uni-EIFS wall cladding

Uni-EIFS is an innovative range of wall cladding products including Uni-TWS and Uni-Base Board cladding systems.

Uni-TWS is a lightweight, high-build render insulating wall cladding system. The Uni-TWS system can compensate for a non-level substrate. Uni-Base Board is a lightweight, low-build render insulating wall cladding system. Both insulating systems provide a cost-effective option designed to suit most building projects.

Designed for both timber- and steel-framed houses, both systems are easily and quickly installed by on-site carpenters. Finishing is simple using an approved Unitex render or finish. The time saved on installation means lower on-site labour costs and less time to lock-up stage, in comparison to traditional brick or concrete block construction.

When installed correctly and using the specified Unitex products, both Uni-TWS and Uni-Base Board systems will provide a virtually maintenance-free exterior for your building project.
