Xtreme Flame Zone at HIA Melbourne Homeshow in April
HIA Melbourne Home Show – April 7-11, 2010
Trend Windows & Doors will be displaying their newly released Xtreme Flame Zone Bushfire Windows & Doors system at the upcoming HIA Melbourne Homeshow in April.
Trend’s Xtreme Flame Zone has been assessed and is rated to the highest Standard in AS3959-2009 which is full Flame Zone or AS1530.8.2. This Standard, which applies to products that can meet the absolute extreme conditions of direct exposure to flames from fire front in addition to heat flux and ember attack.
The System which combines Trend technologically advanced CSIRO tested BAL 40 (1530.8.1-2007) Xtreme Window and Door system with Pyro-Protec seals and glazing systems and standard 5 mm or 6 mm toughened glass and the Smoke Control CSIRO tested (1530.4) Windowshield Fire Curtain to produce the Xtreme Flame Zone Bushfire System.
