The Laminex Group new product roadshow

The Laminex Group recently hosted a series of new product launch events in key capital cities – Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.

Key customers, specifiers and media across all five states revelled in the opportunity to network with staff and gain an exclusive look at the breathtaking new Laminex 180fx surfaces, Laminex Freestyle Curve surfaces, Laminex Silk Finish, Laminex Aluminium Framed doors, Trade Essentials Specialty Boards and Formica Gloss Panels and Vinyl Doors.

The theme was “creating dramatic looks for 2012” and that was certainly demonstrated via this new and expanded range of decorative surfaces.

Laminex 180fx, the latest innovation which captures the scale and intricate detail of stone patterns was on display across the nation in a variety of abstract forms including large imposing X structures and hexagons for customers to interact with the six impressive stone patterns. Feedback has been extremely positive.

Customers are now eagerly awaiting the impending launch of Freestyle Curve which was displayed in a ribbon-like structure to truly do justice to the thermoforming capabilities and seamless edges. Freestyle Curve is a 100% acrylic thermoformable surface launching in January 2012.

Laminex Silk Finish launched 10 new lustrous gloss decors and each state displayed them in various dynamic displays including juxtaposing cubes. Laminex Aluminium Framed Doors, the largest range of doors on the market made up of 7 profiles around a hundred insert options including coloured and rippled glass, high gloss, timber veneer and much more were displayed for customers to touch and feel. They were rather blown away by the finish quality and level of choice.

New South Wales kicked off the road show in style with an exclusive Melbourne Cup lunch held at The Rocks in Sydney. Next stop was South Australia, where the Art Gallery of South Australia displayed the full depths of the latest products to customers.

More than 250 Victorian guests gathered at the Carousel in Melbourne with the roadshow concluding at the end of November in Queensland then Western Australia, both at stunning venues.
