Satelight lights feature in Ragusa restaurant
This restaurant is located in Williamstown, Victoria, in a historic bank. The challenge with this fit out was to make sure that the lighting worked with the building’s interior. With limited electrical points and restricted budget, the two main areas of focus were the bar/restaurant and chapel.
As the ceilings were about 3.6m in height, Satelight dropped the lighting to make a more intimate dining area. Conics™ and Circas™ on red cotton covered electrical cable were strung across the ceiling.
The other main area was the Chapel, which is located at the back of the restaurant. With rustic charms the old timber pitched ceiling, exposed beams and aged walls gave us a chance to develop our new Cumulus™ chandelier. With a white support ring and shades, this fitting has it heritage in the old candelabras, but with a clean modern line.
