The Bosch 32C Commercial Condensing is the most efficient commercial gas hot water system on the market today. It boasts superior energy efficiency of 94% and a 6 star energy efficiency rating. The Bosch 32C is suited to both commercial and domestic application - anywhere there is demand for large volumes of hot water. In addition, the Bosch 32C is the only unit in its class that can be installed internally (requires flueing and adequate ventilation), or externally (requires the BCVC-100C Vent Cap).
Bosch’s new condensing technology captures waste heat from exhaust gas and uses it to preheat incoming cold water. The effect is an energy saving of up to 16%, compared to a standard continuous flow system.
The unit has dual heat exchangers, one for primary heating and one for secondary heating. A 100% stainless steel exchanger uses residual heat from exhaust gases to help preheat incoming water prior to it entering the primary copper heat exchanger. The copper heat exchanger is coated to prevent corrosion and deterioration, and the internal copper piping is 25% thicker than any other model on the market.
