Projex watertight multiple penetration seal

The German-made UGA system is now available in Australia. This system encompasses cable penetration seals as well as external pipe sleeves that can be retrofitted to existing pipe or cable penetrations, so the penetration can be sealed against water or gas (or oils in some cases).

The UGA range also covers fire plugs of different sizes that can be used to plug holes to give a fire-rated penetration. The multi-cable seals can have various numbers of cables of predetermined sizes running through them, potentially allowing for extra cables to be fitted at a later time. The sizes of the cable seals are dependent on the numbers and sizes of the cables being passed through the penetrations.

The fire plugs allow up to 60 percent of the area of the plug to be utilized for cable penetration. In conjunction with fire-rated sealant, this produces a fire-rated penetration.
