Stairlifts – curved stairs

Hiro Lift equips all its spatial inclined lifts with a rechargeable battery. They are service-free dry batteries, making it possible to operate the system in living areas. Both battery and motor are situated on the lift, which makes the unit independent of the mains supply. The battery is automatically charged in the stop/access positions. A normal socket suffices for the charger's power supply. There is no need for a separate power circuit for the unit. The supplied remote control is for the calling and sending of the unit, which can either be mounted or handheld.

All inclined wheelchair and staircase lifts can be operated indoors and externally. The corrosion protection is build dependent, by sandblasting, spray or full galvanizing, and also with use of tensile steel. The electricals are also protected against damp.

The Hiro 180 External All Master Lifts chairlifts can be installed outside. The corrosion protection is dependent on the model/type and whether the material is tensile steel or has been zinc bathed. The electrical system is protected against moisture.

The folding track (Extras) is used for situations where a door is present and may not be blocked. In the neutral position, the track ends flush with the first step. For the downward ride, the track is lowered, complete with passenger for easy access. For the upwards trip, the track is folded back automatically into its normal position, thus leaving the corridor clear.

This model is typically used for residential applications and some commercial applications where there is low traffic.

Stairlifts – straight stairs

Handi-Lift Type 7 The Handi-Lift is designed for straight staircases and is built individually with regard to the width and length of the staircase. Normally the lift can be installed without considerable rebuilding costs.

The Handi-Lift can be moved from right side to left side and reversed in a simple way and for a small cost.
