Strata, hospitals, schools and hotels
Magnetite window covers are installed on the inside of existing windows with minimum impact and do not alter the property’s exterior. The acrylic glazing is shatter resistant, lightweight and easy to operate.
Acoustic
Magnetite window covers are ideal for insulating properties in noise environments such as busy roads, near railways, in the proximity of construction sights or with loud neighbours. They are also ideal for minimizing noise escaping from music rooms, studios and entertainment rooms.
Energy efficiency
The PVC framing and acrylic glazing provides the best thermal combination available. Testing has confirmed that Magnetite window covers convert existing windows into superior energy efficient windows. PVC is a far superior insulator for framing than aluminium or steel and acrylic glazing can stop six times the heat transfer of glass. This ensures room temperatures are maintained in both summer and winter and reduces energy loads needed for heating and cooling.
