Within LiftXpress, the user initially enters the destination floor via an easily understood touch screen. This touch screen then displays information of which lift will serve the call. This ensures that waiting times and journey times are optimized without any unnecessary stopovers. In real terms, the users are guided towards the appropriate lift that will transport them to their destination floor.
