VGM Green Wall – Environmental Design

Everybody is talking about Green Walls! The VGM Green Wall is comprised of vertical modules that are assembled from high strength lightweight structural panels, incorporating interlocking snap-on clips for easy assembly. The front panel has a unique grid to facilitate planting of up to sixteen plants per module.

VGM Green Wall modules are either mechanically fastened on walls using steel bolts or inserted into freestanding steel support racking structures.

VGM Green Wall module installations include drip irrigation systems that are positioned at appropriate intervals, depending on wall heights. Collection trays may be positioned, at ground level to allow overflow water to be discharged or recycled.

Versi Jack® – Paving Support System

The Versi Jack 75 system was recently supplied by KHD and installed by 2 Construct at the new Hilton Convention Centre in Melbourne. One of the major advantages of Versi Jack is that during the installation process, the membrane is not penetrated in any way. This reduces the long-term likelihood of hard to fix leaks, which are traditionally very costly and difficult to access.

Other key features of Versi Jack include increased air ventilation, reduced sound transmissions and the ability to run services under the deck area such as plumbing and electrical services.

Versi Tank® – Underground Water Tank

Versi Tank is a heavy-duty plastic tank system that allows either sub-surface infiltration or underground storage of stormwater.

The Versi Tank modules are easily assembled on site by clipping together the lightweight, high strength interlocking panels. The units are assembled and stacked both vertically and horizontally. The waterproof membrane is sandwiched between two layers of heavy duty geofabric. This process creates an impermeable water storage unit. Once backfilled, the system becomes stable and can be used under trafficable areas.
