Oversized herringbone a contemporary twist on a classic look
Now you can lay a classic herringbone floor in an engineered board.
New from the world's foremost producer of one-strip engineered boards and exclusive to Havwoods are these 14.5mm engineered parquet battens. Traditional herringbone designs with a contemporary twist - dimensions of 600 x 120mm make them notably larger than normal yet the proportions mean that they can be laid in classic double herringbone, basket weave and tumbling dice patterns - they feature all the advantages of an engineered floor. This means dimensional stability thanks to a cross-glued, multi-layer backing board and easy, glue-down installation.
The blocks are available both finished and unfinished and the 4mm wear layer means that they can be sanded down and refinished when required.
