Forbo acquires Flotex
Flooring specialist Forbo has acquired Flotex, a leading manufacturer of innovative flocked flooring. This means the Australian market now has access to the huge global Flotex collection, which offers 320 colours and 23 designs across tile and sheet formats. New high-definition technology allows for large, endless pattern repeats and vivid life-like designs.
Flotex looks and feels like carpet – but without the drawbacks of standard carpet. It is highly durable, easily cleaned, waterproof, gives constant anti-microbial and anti-bacterial protection, has R12 slip resistance and offers acoustic dampening of up to 20 dB.
