Edwardstown becomes EC Group

Edwardstown Carpets, manufacturer of ECmodular, has some exciting rebranding news the company now has a new name, EC Group.

The use of the companys initials EC is an important part of the new name, referencing the long history of the organization, established in Edwardstown, South Australia, in 1963. The word group represents the amalgamation with relatively new sister company, ECmodular.

All ECmodular carpet tiles feature Ecomfort, an environmentally advanced secondary backing and a real breakthrough in the carpet tile industry. It contains 90% post-consumer recycled content and is 100% recyclable.

Did you know that every square metre of Ecomfort diverts thirty-four 600 ml PET drink bottles from landfill and it is 150% more thermally efficient than hard backed tiles (such as PVC or bitumen)?
