Edwardstown Carpets becomes EC Group

Edwardstown Carpets have some exciting news as to our new trading name - EC Group. The use of the company’s initials “EC” was an important part of the naming process to retain the long history of the organisation, established in Edwardstown, South Australia during 1963. The word “group” represents the amalgamation and merging of the relatively new sister company, EC Modular, with Edwardstown Carpets.

Edwardstown Carpets has a long-standing and respected tradition in floorcoverings and is recognised nationally and internationally for its high quality range of carpets. This tradition of designing and manufacturing high quality carpet is our ongoing commitment. Edwardstown Carpets is changing its name but not its responsibility to producing high quality carpets, and increasing the high level of service you have come to expect through honesty and respect.

We would like to assure you that there is no change of ownership or staff members, and if you have any questions we invite you to speak with any of the directors or customer service staff.

EC Modular has become a vital part of our product offering with unique carpet tile ranges for the flooring industry. The advantages of a superior ecomfort™ backing, the range of designs and colours and stocking of all ranges has been a great success.

We believe that having all of our products under 1 brand and company will enable us to offer even better service, and our marketing and branding hierarchy will make it clearer and easier for the market place. We are very enthusiastic about the changes and we trust you will share in our enthusiasm.
