Cemintel Texture Coatings Range Expansion

The expansion of CSR Cemintel™’s Texture Coatings range sees Cemintel as the only manufacturer to offer a full system warranty when using external fibre cement and texture coating.

Drew Spiden, General Manager of Cemintel Fibre Cement Systems, says the new offering will be highly beneficial to the building industry. “We are now supplying a more expansive range of products under the new range, and are proud to provide our customers with the strongest warranty on the market.” Suitable for both residential and commercial projects, the new Cemintel Texture Coatings range includes jointing compounds, tapes, skim and texture coats and top coats.

As Australia’s leading manufacturer of building products, CSR has applied this knowledge to develop a texture coating system, specifically engineered for use on both CSR products and a variety of other industry substrates. The coatings are available for use over all common exterior substrates including fibre cement, brick and block masonry, concrete and cement render.

With a unique patented anti-crack joint system, resulting in a superior appearance and significantly less maintenance, the expanded range now offers both smooth, premixed skim and feature coat products. The unique thick skim coat coverage provides a more professional, smooth finish, while the feature coats have different profile depths and patterns to achieve an attractive and durable finish.
