Colour Through Concrete (integrally coloured concrete)

Just about any new concrete structure can be coloured with CCS UV-resistant colour pigments, including pedestrian precincts, roadways, precast walls, footpaths, bikeways, buildings, interior floors, exposed aggregate, polished concrete floors, tilt-up panels, renders, floor screeds, pavers, shotcrete, mortars, and grout.

Blended from high-strength iron oxides, CCS pigments are added directly to the concrete truck’s mixing bowl, where colour is dispersed deep into the concrete.

Once mixed, the coloured concrete is delivered to site and placed in a similar way to plain grey concrete – giving you rich colour that is UV- and weather-resistant.

It's that easy! Simply specify your preferred colour from our extensive range and we will deliver (within three days) the correct quantity of CCS pigments to the concrete plant nominated by your client.

Stylepave concrete resurfacing system

Available in a range of colours, designs and textures, CCS Stylepave is a cost-effective way to dramatically enhance any concrete surface. Professional applicators apply creative designs using adhesive fibre tape or precut stencils and the cement-based system is then sprayed on to the surface to a 3-mm thickness by experienced applicators. Once coated, the new surface provides excellent resistance to abrasion and weathering.

Protective concrete sealers

The versatility and durability of decorative concrete makes it one of the most suitable surfaces for a multitude of environments.

And just as each environment is different, so too are the concrete sealers required. Consideration should be given to the look you want to achieve, location, abrasion, chemical and stain resistance, maintenance limitations, site-access challenges and slip resistance.

Stencil Pave

CCS Stencil Pave is ideal for a wide range of applications, including pedestrian precincts, roadways, footpaths, patios, walkways, driveways, facility exteriors, pool surrounds, and shop interiors.

The CCS Stencil Pave finish provides the look of pavers with the strength and practicality of concrete. You also have the option of choosing from a range of stencil designs, or – if you prefer – a smooth plain pattern.

Because it is created from the one solid slab of concrete, CCS Stencil Pave will not sink or sag and its textured surface provides a sure footing for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

Pattern Stamped Concrete

CCS Pattern Stamped Concrete is ideal for any new horizontal concrete structure where a two-toned textured surface is desired. The process is particularly suited to home exteriors and pedestrian areas, although alternative colouring systems should be considered in highly sloped areas or areas requiring a slip resistant surface.

CCS Pattern Stamped Concrete provides the look of random slate, wood or stone at a fraction of the cost and with much less maintenance. Applicators use multiple colours and texture to create a realistic look and feel that will stand the test of time. Its natural and elegant appearance makes it the perfect alternative to plain grey concrete and paving.
