MetecnoSpan roof and wall panels
Ocean views and a coastal position meant a recent construction project at Perth’s Naked Fig Cafe needed a weather-resistant and environmentally efficient roofing solution. Building designer Darren Miller of DMDB was engaged to complete the job, with construction by Perkins Builders.
The MetecnoSpan wall and roof panels offered the solution, an energyefficient core with insulation benefits and an attractive Colorbond ceiling surface. MetecnoPanel products were also used as durable partitions and panelling inside the cafe.
“The insulated and double-sided finish performs well. The other major drawcards were the easy installation, lower construction timing and decreased cost,” said Miller.
