Maxiview shutters

Maxiview shutters by Blockout Industries protect windows against glare and heat, while still giving great access to natural light and views. This is performed by a series of perforations in the shutter profiles (over 55,000 perforations per square metre).

Internal blinds are mostly ineffective against heat intake as they allow the heat to pass through the window before reaching the blind. Maxiview shutters are fitted on the outside, acting as a barrier against heat, creating an insulating air pocket between the shutter and the window, thus cutting direct sunlight by 81% and reducing heat/cold by 70%. Maxiview shutters are easy to operate by either an inside manual control or by an electric motor.

Another advantage is that the Maxiview design allows for a much tighter rolling action than that of conventional shutters, therefore they retract into a smaller pelmet (or head box) which can also be powdercoated to the client’s needs.

They are manufactured from extruded aluminium interlocking profiles for greater security, and the colour can be matched to suit any client’s requirements.
