Artemis PV solar panels

Suntech, a leading photovoltaic (PV) solar panel manufacturer, has introduced the highly efficient Pluto panels to Australia.

High module energy conversion efficiencies of 16.1% with +5%, -0% power tolerance and increased performance under low light can deliver 25% more electricity than conventional modules of similar size.

Artemis Building Systems (ABS) recently supplied and designed the PV modules and mounting system for the 48 kW Sydney Town Hall project. This was the first installation of Pluto modules in Australia.

ABS won the tender by designing a mounting system which created a waterproof stable base and eliminated breakage of brittle and costly heritage-slate roof tiles.

With its experience in roofing and curtain walling applications, ABS is able to design and integrate PV products for a range of challenging building projects.
