PlusSpec includes the full range of Architectural Window Systems Vantage residential windows and doors when installed.

PlusSpec has been named one of the most powerful BIM software in the world. It is a new tool for building design, planning and estimating.

It has been designed by architects and builders, for architects and builders. This has ensured that the tool offers complete design freedom and caters to their every needs when designing.

PlusSpec is made up of Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) combined with cost estimation, 2D Planning and 3D Modelling so that you can create professional documentation when designing a structure. The software allows you to add real products and easily track the cost of your project.

The full range of Vantage residential windows and doors are included by default in your PlusSpec installation, enabling you to select and quickly add AWS Vantage systems to your design. Window and door elements employ parametric principles and additional panels are automatically added as door systems become wider.

Once complete PlusSpec allows you to quickly generate a basic window schedule featuring Vantage System numbers for efficient costing by members of the AWS national fabricator network.
