Landscape Australia Expo wins best trade show under 10,000m²
The Landscape Australia Expo (LAE) is very pleased to announce that it has won “Best Trade Show Under 10,000m2” at the Exhibitions and Events Association of Australasia (EEAA) awards on Tuesday night for the Landscape Australia Expo Melbourne held in September 2011.
EEAA is the peak association for the exhibition and event industry in Australia and New Zealand. The EEAA annual awards night. The annual awards night recognises and celebrates the top performers in all aspects of the exhibition and event industry. The Landscape Australia Expo Melbourne 2011 won the category for Best Trade Show under 10,000m2, which was judged by 21 independent industry professionals looking at innovation, performance and success in the category. LAE was also honoured to be a finalist in the “Best Show Team” category as well.
“This is a great achievement for the Landscape Australia Expo and we’re very proud. We’ve done a lot of work to develop the Expo in 2011 and this industry recognition is proof that it’s working,” said Jodie Richmond, CEO of Exhibitions and Trade Fairs.

This is another positive development in delivering successful Landscape Australia Expos in 2012. Features and strategies from LAE Melbourne being carried over into the upcoming Expos in Perth on 24th – 25th May (Claremont Showgrounds) and Sydney on 13th – 14th September (Royal Hall of Industries, Fox Studios). These include the highly successful Designers Breakfast, partnered again by Proludic in 2012, the Outdoor Design Source E-news “New Product Award,” the Trade Network Evening and the continuation of the Free Seminar Program.
