Hansgrohe named “Brand of the Century”
Hansgrohe is one of the strongest brands in Germany. This is affirmed by the decision of an prominent advisory board to include the brand name of the global mixer specialist from the Black Forest in the famous compendium “Marken des Jahrhunderts – Leuchttürme auf dem Markenmeer” (Brands of the Century – Beacons in a Sea of Brands), and to award the company with the “German Standards Brand Award”. The award was presented at a major gala event at the Adlon Hotel in Berlin by the publisher of the “Brands of the Century”, Dr. Florian Langenscheidt. In receiving the award, Hansgrohe has joined an exclusive group of around 250 German brands, regarded as representatives of their product category with a unique selling point. An eminent advisory board of renowned brand experts chose Hansgrohe as “Brand of the Century” in the “Bathroom mixer“ product category. “We are absolutely delighted to receive this special recognition”, said Siegfried Gänßlen, CEO of Hansgrohe SE. “Not only does it acknowledge that the Hansgrohe brand enjoys a high level of customer recognition, it also confirms that the brand is held in exceptionally high regard both at home and abroad. Indeed, lots of our customers view Hansgrohe as a prime example of top quality ‘Made in Germany’, top design and innovative technologies.”
