E610 specified for skylights and canopies in Subiaco
Everbright E610 Ice White was recently installed on an exterior upgrade at 186 Hay Street Subiaco Perth WA, as both skylights and a translucent entrance canopy. The skylight area consisted of small tapering panels and the entrance canopy larger panels starting at 5.5 mtr in length set over one intermediate support. The Everbright panels as standard are supplied in 600 mm configurations. Our panels simply clip together, making the installation process rapid, as our product only requires to be joined every 600 mm on site.
The total project area was 60 sqm, which consisted of 35 sqm for the skylight and 25 mtr for the entrance canopy. The installation time on this project was two days and two men were available on site.
The design brief for this development was for a modern looking translucent system that could open up both these area and utilize all the natural light available. The specification also required a system that has superior thermal and acoustic performance. Another key factor was for a product which has a long life span.
The Everbright E610 system gives a unique visual appearance and minimizes structural requirements. Since less structure is required with our system less shadows are created, and as such the natural light translucency is at its full potential.
