Archilux has just completed the lighting requirements for the new Fitzgibbon Community Centre in QLD. This multi-purpose cultural centre combines a mix of allied health and general office spaces, meeting spaces, plus retail and community halls.
Tapioca in-ground 1W LED trimless luminaire has been used to illuminate the sculptural blades of weathering steel which fringe the exterior of the building. These blades form a rippled screen effect to the street and reveal glimpses through the building when approached by vehicles.
The Alfia luminaire was used to light the starting and finishing points of the bushlands tracks and trails to the North.
